Question: Can financial resources from gambling proceeds resolve the high unemployment rate, the many health care problems, and the low educational achievement rates [on American Indian reservations that have casino gambling]?

Statement:
Expanded gambling rights will solve the high unemployment rates, health care problems, and educational achievement problems on American Indian reservations by providing the financial resources directly to the tribes from gambling proceeds.
