	Topic:	Discrimination against women [in America]
	Problem:	[America does not] treat its women as well as its men. Women remain victims of job discrimination everywhere.
	Question:	What kind of discrimination do women still have to endure in the workplace? And what are some actions that could be taken to ensure equality for women in the workplace?
	Tentative Thesis Statement:	It is important to realize that women are often the victims of discrimination at work. We need to obtain equality for women in hiring, salaries, and job responsibilities. All jobs in this free land of America should be equal and open to all qualified persons, regardless of gender.

	Problem:	Lung cancer is the most direct disease caused by smoking, but many smokers still smoke, even knowing it can cause cancer.
